Get to know Tinil Joseph
Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Tinil wanted to establish himself in the digital market. He has held many positions in different companies, where he groomed himself to be a digital marketing expert. His previous employers include the renowned digital platform for local businesses, sulekha.com. His job included developing smart SEO strategies for lead generation. With his skills, he was able to significantly increase leads and conversion for the projects assigned to him in a very short time.
He has also worked at Infosys BPO, a subsidiary of Infosys Ltd. that provides business process outsourcing solutions to businesses worldwide. He served as an assistant manager there and fulfilled a plethora of responsibilities. He was the leader of the SEO team and worked to provide SEO solutions to 25 websites of different countries of the technology giant Philips. Tinil was responsible for hiring, training and leading employees as well. He also provided support to clients whenever needed.
All the while through serving at different capacities in different organizations, Tinil was grooming himself to do something bigger. He became an expert in various fields of digital marketing and decided to start his own venture using the hard-earned skills.
He took his first steps into entrepreneurship when he co-founded Grabstance Technologies in 2017. The company, based in Bangalore offered comprehensive digital marketing solutions to many big and small clients. Holding the post of operational manager in Grabstance, Tinil was heading a team of 12 digital marketing experts. His roles included training the team and motivating them to achieve targets, and solve any and all conflicts among them. Along with this, he was also responsible for acquiring clients for the company and he and his team were handling more than 40 clients.
He also served as the director and head of operations at the Chennai based digital marketing agency RankRaze. Tinil formed, trained and headed a team of digital marketing experts and also worked as online media strategist.
He recently co-founded a Chennai based digital marketing company, Gilead Digital. The company has a strong base of operations in Bangalore as well. Serving as the director of the company, Tinil, along with his expert team has created another wonderous venture. The company provides comprehensive digital marketing solutions for all organizations. The services offered by Gilead Digital include website design, SEO, ORM, content marketing and more. In the short time since its inception, Gilead Digital has earned the trust of numerous clients, adding another shining feather to Tinil’s hat.
